The Challenge
The client needed large volumes of high-quality training data to support future LLM development.
The source material consisted of more than 2,500 conversational multilingual interview transcripts ranging from 20 to 400 lines, often with minimal contextual information. The summaries created from these transcripts would support the client’s own LLM development initiatives, requiring exceptionally high quality and governance standards.

Each transcript required both detailed 250-word summaries and concise 50-word summaries, governed by strict anonymisation, formatting, and linguistic consistency requirements.
To deliver at scale, THG Fluently deployed a dedicated team of 25 linguists and QA specialists operating within tightly managed one-week production cycles.
Following human summarisation and comprehensive QA, THG Fluently introduced a final AI-enabled validation layer using Gemini-powered workflows to automate compliance checks, validate output structure, identify inconsistencies and strengthen quality assurance before client review. Every summary was first reviewed by human QA specialists against source transcripts to verify accuracy, anonymisation, formatting, and guideline compliance, with AI validation applied only after human review was complete. This approach enabled THG Fluently to scale enterprise-grade quality assurance across thousands of files while ensuring all final outputs remained fully human-created, reviewed, and approved.
